We are proud to announce that our Founder & CEO had the privilege of being selected as part of Cabo Verde’s inaugural Partnership Opportunity Delegation (POD), led by the U.S. Department of State's Office of Global Partnerships under the leadership of Dorothy S. McAuliffe. The delegation focused on the theme “Blue-Green Futures,” with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships across government, private sector, and academic institutions in areas such as marine and climate research, renewable energy, eco-tourism, transportation, and information technology.

Cabo Verde stands out as a strategic hub for international investment, with ambitious targets to achieve 50% renewable energy by 2030 and 100% by 2040. As a gateway to Africa, Europe, and Latin America, the country presents significant opportunities for foreign businesses. Plans to privatize state-owned enterprises, including the national electric utility, and create exclusive economic zones in maritime industries and technology further enhance its appeal for global investors.

With a land mass the size of Rhode Island and a maritime territory comparable to Texas, Cabo Verde offers unparalleled opportunities in the blue economy and sustainable development. U.S. companies are uniquely positioned to collaborate on initiatives that support the nation’s environmental, economic, and technological aspirations.
