Saidy V. Andrade is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor and author with two decades of experience connecting international capital, government priorities and investment opportunities. As Founder, Group Chairman & CEO of Capital Consulting Group, he leads the firm’s international strategy, relationships and advisory activities across sovereign capital, strategic infrastructure and cross-border investment.

Since founding Capital Consulting in 2006, Saidy has guided its development into an international advisory platform supporting governments, state-owned enterprises, project sponsors and investors. His work brings together foreign direct investment, project finance structuring, public-private partnerships and strategic partnerships to help advance projects with lasting economic and social value.

With a background in Business Administration, Saidy combines entrepreneurial experience with expertise in capital raising, business planning and large-scale project development. His sector experience spans aviation, ports and logistics, real estate and hospitality, energy, technology, agriculture and aquaculture. He works with international partners to align project priorities with capital requirements, investor objectives and practical execution strategies.

A longstanding advocate for investment in Africa, Saidy has built relationships across the United States, Europe, the Gulf and Asia. His approach connects governments and businesses with sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, family offices, institutional investors and strategic industry partners.

Alongside his leadership of Capital Consulting Group, Saidy serves as Managing Partner of International Markets at NewOak Capital, a licensed and regulated entity by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and FINRA, supporting international business development and strategic partnerships. NewOak Capital has advised on more than $11 trillion in assets, serving some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions and investors, including BlackRock, State Street, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, GE Capital, Credit Suisse, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
