The RIU hotel chain is currently
constructing the Club Hotel Riu
Funaná, the new reference point in
holiday tourism resorts on the
island of Sal in Cape Verde (western
Africa).
This new, five-star, all-inclusive
hotel with 500 rooms has been
conceived as an oasis of comfort
next to one of Africa's best beaches.
The hotel will open its doors in
September 2005. Its first-class
standards will no doubt make it the
best holiday resort in the
archipelago, thanks to the RIU
brand’s incomparable level of
quality and service.
All-inclusive by RIU guarantees fine
cuisine, all kinds of sports
activities and installations which
offer the utmost in comfort for the
holiday guest seeking an exotic
destination - on the shores of the
Caribbean, yet just a four and a
half hour flight from Madrid or six
hours from Paris or Milan.
Furthermore, the flight does not
cause jet lag, as the destination
lies in southern latitudes, an
additional advantage for European
tourists.
The area surrounding the resort
offers heavenly beaches and the
island’s appealing music.
